Non-returnable deposit of £100 on booking
Balance payable 6 weeks before departure
Refundable security deposit of £50 payable with balance payment (to cover breakages, etc - this will be refunded as soon as possible on your return, after clearance from our local agent)

The above prices are based on one or two people staying in the apartment for one or two weeks; the second and any subsequent weeks in any booking receive a discount, which is reflected in the pricing structure shown in the table. For booking longer than two weeks, please call for a price.
If the booking is for a party of more than two people, we apply a supplementary charge of £20 per week for each additional person over the age of 12 years on the Arrival Date; this is to cover the additional cleaning, laundry and general maintenance costs.
Flights
Charter flights are available to Dalaman from major UK airports; the flight is normally around 4 hours or less. Monday is the most common changeover day as this is the day when flights are most readily available, although this situation appears to be changing rapidly and we can possibly accommodate other changeover days on request, or even bookings of 10 or 11 days, for example, subject to availability - please enquire.
Obtaining flights is very easy. Online agencies generally offer the best deals and we have found the following agencies to be particularly good value (but please let us know if you find any cheaper sites!):

We are happy to provide assistance with finding flights, but we will need to charge a small fee.
We can also arrange private transfers to and from Dalaman airport; the return cost is currently from £100 for 2 people.
Car Hire
Although a car is not really necessary when staying at the apartment due to our excellent location, you may wish to explore further afield and if so, car hire can be easily arranged either from the airport or from one of our contacts in Kalkan. Please mention this when booking and we will point you in the right direction!
